The Easy Payment Plan is a simple and convenient instalment option offered by Winter Wings Travel & Tourism for selected tour packages. It helps customers book their tour in advance, secure their seat, lock the package rate, and complete the payment over an agreed schedule before travel.
This document explains the general terms, customer benefits, payment rules, cancellation policy, refund method, amendment rules, and force majeure conditions applicable to the Easy Payment Plan.
The Easy Payment Plan is a direct payment arrangement offered by Winter Wings Travel & Tourism that allows customers to book selected tour packages in advance and pay in instalments instead of paying the full amount at once.
No. This is not a bank loan, finance scheme, or credit facility. It is a simple instalment arrangement directly offered by Winter Wings for customer convenience.
No. The Winter Wings Easy Payment Plan is not a credit card EMI. Customers pay directly to Winter Wings as per the agreed payment schedule.
No. There are no interest charges under the direct Winter Wings Easy Payment Plan.
No. There are no bank charges under the direct Easy Payment Plan, provided the customer pays through the approved direct payment method advised by Winter Wings.
No card charges apply under the direct payment method advised by Winter Wings. However, if the customer chooses a card payment or bank EMI option, bank or card-related charges may apply as per the bank’s policy.
It allows customers to confirm their tour early, secure their seat, lock the package rate, and pay conveniently over time before travel.
This plan is available for customers booking selected tour packages offered by Winter Wings, subject to availability, package terms, and approval from Winter Wings.
No. The Easy Payment Plan may be available only for selected packages, selected departures, or selected seats. Winter Wings reserves the right to offer, withdraw, or modify the plan based on package conditions.
No. Availability is confirmed only after registration, first payment, and written confirmation from Winter Wings. Seats are limited and subject to availability.
Your booking is considered registered once the first payment is received and Winter Wings issues a booking confirmation.
Yes. Once your first payment is received and confirmation is issued, Winter Wings will reserve your seat or package allocation, subject to the agreed payment schedule being followed.
“Rate sealed” means that the package cost confirmed at the time of registration will remain protected from future price increases, provided the customer pays all instalments on time.
If your booking is confirmed and instalments are paid on time, future increases in flight fares will not affect your confirmed package price.
If your booking is confirmed and payments are made on time, future increases in hotel rates will not affect your confirmed package price.
If your booking is confirmed and instalments are paid on time, increases in local tour, transport, or supplier costs will generally not affect your confirmed package rate.
The package rate remains protected if the customer follows the agreed payment schedule. However, changes requested by the customer, delayed payment, name changes, date changes, visa issues, or force majeure situations may affect the final cost.
Tour package costs can change due to flight demand, hotel dynamic pricing, seasonal travel demand, currency fluctuation, supplier availability, and last-minute rate increases. Booking early helps secure better rates and availability.
When you register early, Winter Wings can allocate flight seats, hotel rooms, and tour services in advance. This helps protect the customer from future price increases, provided payments are made as scheduled.
Yes, but the package price may be higher, seats may not be available, and the instalment period may be shorter. Late bookings may require a higher upfront payment or faster payment schedule.
The instalment amount is generally calculated by dividing the total package cost by the number of instalments available before the travel date.
Formula:
Instalment Amount = Total Package Cost ÷ Number of Instalments
Yes. For illustration only:
If the package value is AED X and the payment is divided into Y instalments, then:
AED X ÷ Y = Instalment Amount
Example:
If a package is divided into 5 equal payments, each payment will be one-fifth of the total package value.
Not always. Instalment amounts may differ based on the package cost, booking date, travel date, number of instalments available, and time remaining before travel.
Late bookings have less time before travel. Therefore, the total amount must be divided over fewer instalments, which may increase the instalment amount.
Yes. Depending on the time remaining before travel, Winter Wings may offer weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or customised payment schedules.
Winter Wings will prepare the payment schedule based on the package cost, supplier deadlines, travel date, and time remaining before departure.
Yes. Customers will receive the payment schedule, due dates, and final payment deadline at the time of confirmation or shortly after registration.
Each instalment must be paid on or before the due date mentioned in the payment schedule.
Yes. Customers may pay earlier than the scheduled due date if they prefer.
Yes. Customers may pay more than the scheduled instalment amount to reduce the pending balance or complete payment earlier.
Full payment must be completed at least 5 working days before the travel date, unless a different deadline is mentioned in the package confirmation.
Usually, final travel documents such as tickets, hotel vouchers, insurance, visa copies, and final itinerary will be released only after full payment is completed.
Yes. Winter Wings will issue payment confirmation or receipt for payments received.
Yes. Customers are advised to keep all receipts and payment records until the tour is completed and the booking is fully settled.

Yes. Customers who prefer to pay the full amount upfront and convert the transaction into credit card EMI through their bank may do so.
Any bank interest, processing fee, EMI charge, card charge, or other bank-related fee will be applied by the issuing bank as per its own terms and conditions. Winter Wings will not be responsible for such charges.
Winter Wings does not charge interest under its direct Easy Payment Plan. However, if the customer chooses bank EMI or card-based payment, bank/card charges may apply as per the bank’s policy.
If you miss an instalment, Winter Wings will make reasonable efforts to remind you about the pending payment.
Yes. A maximum grace period of 5 days may be allowed from the due date to complete the pending payment.
The grace period is provided as a customer convenience, but it should not be treated as an automatic extension for every payment. Payments should be made on the due date.
If payment is not received even after the grace period, Winter Wings may be forced to release the reserved flight seat, hotel room, or package allocation.
Yes. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of the booking and release of the reserved seat or package space.
The refundable balance, if any, will be returned after deducting applicable airline cancellation charges, supplier charges, non-refundable costs, and Winter Wings handling charges.
Deductions may include airline cancellation charges, hotel or supplier charges, visa fees, insurance charges, non-refundable add-ons, bank/card charges if applicable, and Winter Wings handling charges.
Winter Wings may apply a handling or service charge for cancellation, default, amendment, or refund processing. The standard handling charge may be advised at the time of booking or as per the applicable package terms.
Refundable Amount = Total Amount Paid – Applicable Deductions
Applicable deductions may include airline charges, supplier charges, visa fees, insurance fees, add-ons, and handling charges.
No. Refund, credit, or adjustment cannot exceed the total amount already paid by the customer.
Yes, cancellation can be requested before the final cancellation deadline, but cancellation charges will apply as per airline, hotel, visa, insurance, supplier, and Winter Wings policies.
Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation, airline fare rules, hotel policy, supplier conditions, visa status, insurance status, and any services already booked or paid.
Airline cancellation charges depend purely on the airline policy, fare type, and timing of cancellation. In many cases, charges may apply once the ticket is issued or seat is reserved.
Airline add-ons such as seat selection, extra baggage, meals, priority boarding, or other optional purchases may be non-refundable depending on airline policy.
Visa fees and visa service charges are usually non-refundable once the visa application is submitted, regardless of approval or rejection.
Travel insurance charges may be non-refundable once the policy is issued, depending on the insurance provider’s terms.
Hotel cancellation rules depend on the hotel, supplier contract, travel dates, seasonality, and cancellation timing. Some hotel bookings may be partially or fully non-refundable.
No cancellation request will be accepted within the last 4 days before travel, unless specifically allowed by the airline or supplier.
Close to the travel date, most services such as flights, hotels, transfers, guides, permits, insurance, and local arrangements may already be fully committed and non-refundable.
Refund timelines depend on the airline, hotel, bank, supplier, payment method, and processing procedures. Winter Wings will process the refund after receiving settlement or confirmation from the concerned supplier.
Date change is not guaranteed. Any request for date change will depend on airline, hotel, supplier availability, fare difference, amendment charges, and package conditions.
Name change is not guaranteed. Since flight tickets and travel services are booked in the passenger’s name, a name change may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.
Transfer of booking to another person is not guaranteed. If permitted, it will depend on airline and supplier rules, and charges may apply.
Yes. The available refundable balance or credit value may be transferred to another passenger, subject to Winter Wings approval and after deduction of applicable charges.
Yes. Customers may request to transfer the available credit value to a future tour after deduction of airline charges, supplier charges, non-refundable costs, and handling charges.
No. Future tours will be booked at the package price applicable at the time of new booking. Any fare difference or additional cost must be paid by the customer.
Yes, additional passengers may be added later, subject to availability.
Not necessarily. Passengers added later may have a different package rate and payment schedule depending on availability and time remaining before travel.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the passport is valid for travel, usually with a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date, unless the destination requires otherwise.
The customer must provide correct passport details, visa details, Emirates ID or residence details if applicable, contact details, and any other documents required for booking or visa processing.
If incorrect details are provided, amendment charges, ticket reissue charges, visa issues, cancellation charges, or travel denial may occur. The customer will be responsible for such costs.
Visa approval is fully subject to the decision of the concerned embassy, consulate, immigration department, or visa authority. If visa rejection happens after travel arrangements are made, applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable costs may apply.
Not always. Refund depends on the status of airline tickets, hotel bookings, visa fees, insurance, supplier payments, and package terms. Visa fees and service charges are usually non-refundable once submitted.
In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as force majeure, political unrest, civil tension, natural calamity, war, airport closure, government restriction, airline operational disruption, border closure, epidemic, pandemic, or any situation beyond the control of Winter Wings Travel & Tourism, the applicable airline, aviation authority, hotel, transport, visa, insurance, and supplier policies will apply.
If a flight is cancelled by the airline due to such circumstances, customers may generally be offered options such as refund, date amendment, or travel credit, subject to the airline’s policy.
In many such cases, airlines may not apply standard cancellation charges; however, the final decision will be based on airline rules, aviation regulations, and applicable laws.
Any refund, credit, or amendment value will not exceed the total amount already paid by the customer toward the package at the time of cancellation.
Hotel, transport, sightseeing, visa, insurance, and other supplier-related charges will be handled according to the respective supplier’s policy.
Winter Wings will assist customers with the available options and coordinate with airlines and suppliers. However, final approval, refund amount, credit validity, amendment charges, and processing timeline will remain subject to the concerned airline, supplier, authority, and applicable regulations.
If the tour is cancelled by Winter Wings or the organiser due to operational reasons, customers may be offered a revised travel date, alternate package, credit note, or refund option based on the situation and supplier policies.
Refund or credit will be limited to the amount already paid by the customer after applying relevant airline, hotel, visa, insurance, supplier, and service conditions.
The Easy Payment Plan helps customers book early, reserve their seat, protect their package rate, and pay conveniently before travel.
To keep the booking active, customers must follow the agreed payment schedule and complete the full payment before the final deadline.
Winter Wings will support customers with booking, reminders, documentation, coordination, and supplier follow-up. However, airlines, hotels, visa authorities, insurance providers, and other suppliers operate under their own rules and policies.
By registering under the Easy Payment Plan, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the payment schedule, cancellation policy, refund rules, amendment policy, supplier conditions, force majeure policy, and general travel terms of Winter Wings Travel & Tourism.
